Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 days of receipt. We strive to confirm your order as quickly as possible and will notify you via email once processing is complete.

Delivery Time

The standard delivery time is 3-7 business days. Please note that delivery times for pre-sale products may vary based on the arrival time of the product.

Where Does AOGLLATI Ship To?

We currently only ship within the United States.

(Note: We cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses at this time. If a PO Box or APO/FPO address is provided, we will contact you for confirmation, which may cause a delay in order shipment.)

Tracking Information

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an automated email with tracking information. Please note that if your order contains multiple items, we may ship items individually based on their size and weight. We will send you tracking information for each item shipped.

Amazon Fulfillment

Amazon acts as our logistics partner to ship AOGLLATI products. They will choose the carrier that best suits your order to ensure fast and secure delivery. Once your package ships, we will send you an automated email with your tracking information!

If I Ordered Multiple Items, Will They All Be Delivered at the Same Time?

We try our best to ensure that all your items reach you at the same time. However, due to different shipping options and product availability, some items may not ship together. If an item is shipped separately, we will notify you and provide tracking information for each shipment.

Can I Change the Delivery Address After My Package Has Shipped?

Unfortunately, once the product is en route, we cannot change the shipment details. However, you can cancel your order within 60 minutes and reorder with the correct address.

Important Notes

If the wrong address is provided by the customer, leading to the package being lost or otherwise becoming unrecoverable, the customer shall bear the loss. AOGLLATI will not replace the order or issue a refund.
