Return Policy
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving the product. Please ensure the following conditions are met:
- The product is unused and in its original packaging.
- All accessories, manuals, and gifts are included.
- The return request must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
Notes:
- If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
- If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Refund Policy
Once we receive your return and confirm it meets the conditions, we will process the refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued via your original payment method. Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is defective.
- The refund amount may vary depending on the payment method used.
Cancel order
Cancel order support time limit: within 24 hours after placing the order.
If you want to cancel an order that has not been received, please go to the "My Orders" page, find the order to be canceled, and click the "Cancel Order" button;
After the "Cancel Order" application is successful, you can check the cancellation progress on the "My Orders" page.
